Our Hill House Cottage is a large 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house situated right next to the conference center and Amphitheater perfect for family reunions/family photos shoots. This cottage has everything a full mountain house would have, including a furnished full kitchen, living room, dining room, and washer & dryer also linens are provided. Occupancy can sleep up to 12 guests. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed Bedroom 2 has a queen bed Bedroom 3 has 2 full size beds Bedroom 4 has 2 full size beds There is baseboard heat and a wood burning stove in this unit and requires 1 step to access the porch. Bring the family or a group of friends. Enjoy the wooded retreat around the fire ring or a game of cards at the picnic tables. Hill House has a 2 night minimum stay requirement. No pets allowed in cottages.

Overlook Cottage is a large one bedroom home. This cottage includes a full kitchen, living room with a new wood burning stove, air conditioning, dining room, and a 3/4 bath. This cottage can sleep up to 3 adults (2 in bedroom plus 1 on the couch). This is a spacious cottage with a full front porch overlooking the front of the campground and is accessible by 2 sets of stairs. No pets allowed in cottages.

Our Creekside Cottage is a three room studio like apartment that has 1 bedroom, 3/4 bath, mini kitchen, and living area. The kitchen includes a hot plate, refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave. This unit has windows facing the stocked trout stream that runs along the property. Air conditioning and heat is provided for your comfort. This unit requires 1 step to access the porch. No pets allowed in cottages.
